Selangor, El Sky News – Google has rolled out a suite of new AI-driven shopping features designed to simplify how users search, compare, and purchase products online. The update, announced on November 13, 2025, includes conversational search enhancements, automated checkout assistance, and an AI system capable of calling physical stores to verify product availability.
The upgraded conversational search allows users to find items through natural, multi-step queries. Instead of relying on simple keywords, shoppers can ask detailed questions and receive product recommendations tailored to their needs.
Google also unveiled an “agentic checkout” feature, which enables AI to manage parts of the purchasing process. The system can check stock, handle transaction steps, and streamline tasks that usually require multiple manual inputs from users.
In addition, the company introduced an AI tool that can make phone calls to retail stores on behalf of users. This feature is designed to gather real-time information, such as stock levels or pricing, without requiring customers to contact stores directly.
The new tools highlight Google’s ongoing push to integrate advanced AI capabilities into everyday consumer activities, aiming to make online shopping faster and more efficient.
