Engaged Couple Detained in Connection with Break-In at Influencer Nanad Bebe’s Home

Kajang, El Sky News — Police have detained an engaged couple in connection with a break-in at the home of influencer Nanad Bebe in the Bandar Sungai Long residential area, Kajang.

According to Kajang District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Naazron Abdul Yusof, the police received a report of the incident on 16 November 2025 at approximately 9:03 a.m. Following the report, the police carried out arrests on 17 November 2025 between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., in cooperation with the Kajang District Criminal Investigation Division and the Contingent Police Headquarters.

The suspects are a 21-year-old man, employed in the private sector, and a 37-year-old woman who is unemployed. Two mobile phones were seized from the suspects as part of the investigation. Background checks revealed that both individuals have prior records, each with two previous drug-related offenses.

The case is being investigated under Section 457 of the Penal Code (housebreaking) and Section 379A of the Penal Code (theft of motor vehicle). According to media reports, the victim, who is also the homeowner, stated that missing items include jewelry belonging to his wife, four helmets from the brands Shoei and Arai, and two motorcycles a Yamaha RXZ and a Yamaha LC135 V8, with the total estimated loss reaching approximately RM 360,000.

Nanad Bebe has expressed that she is still traumatized by the incident. Police have appealed to the public for any information regarding the missing items and requested that anyone with relevant details contact Inspector Sharulhasram Ramli at 017‑253 0380. Investigations are ongoing to determine whether other suspects are involved and to recover unrecovered items.
