‘Hanging for 14 Years’: Aliff Alli Reported to Police by Legal Wife for Allegedly Marrying Again Without Consent

KUALA LUMPUR, El Sky News – Indonesian actor and singer Aliff Alli Khan, the younger brother of Miller Khan, is facing legal turmoil after his lawful wife, Nuning Irpana, filed a police report accusing him of entering into a second marriage without her consent.

Nuning, who is still legally married to Aliff under the law, claimed that their marriage has been in a “limbo” state — ‘hanging without closure’ — for nearly 14 years.

Took Legal Action After Feeling Deceived

According to reports, Nuning decided to lodge the police report after learning that the actor allegedly married another woman without obtaining proper authorization from her. Despite being married since 2011, Nuning claimed that Aliff disappeared with their marriage documents and has failed to provide financial support ever since.

Nuning’s legal representative stated that this legal action aims to seek justice and formal clarification of her client’s marital status.

“For the past 14 years, my client has suffered mentally due to the uncertainty surrounding her marriage. She only wants legal clarity so she can move forward and live her life normally,” said Nuning Irpana’s lawyer.

This is not the first time Aliff Alli has been embroiled in a marriage controversy. Previously, he was married to model Nora Alexandra in 2016 (divorced in 2017) and later to Aska Ongi (divorced in 2019).

The case is currently being investigated under legal provisions relating to unauthorized remarriage without spousal consent. If found guilty, the actor could face imprisonment.
