KUALA LUMPUR, El Sky News – The local entertainment scene was shaken yesterday (Sunday) by worrying news that popular singer Amira Othman had been rushed to a medical centre in Selangor.
The wife of actor Fattah Amin was confirmed to have been admitted for immediate treatment after experiencing serious difficulty breathing. According to sources close to the couple, the issue is suspected to have been caused by a severe and prolonged bout of cough and flu.
The situation sparked concern among fans and fellow celebrities, especially as Amira and Fattah were scheduled to fly abroad today (Monday) for a product shoot. However, due to her sudden health complications, the trip had to be postponed.
“Please pray for my beloved wife, Amira Othman. May her healing be eased,” Fattah Amin wrote in an Instagram Story, asking the public to keep her in their prayers.
Fattah’s post quickly drew an outpouring of supportive comments from followers and celebrity friends, who filled the comment section with prayers and encouraging messages.
This is not the first time Amira has faced health issues requiring hospitalization. Previously, the “Hati-Hati” singer was also admitted due to low blood pressure and a serious muscle injury caused by intense workouts.
