Kuala Lumpur, El Sky News – The Finale 2025 is set to take place on 6 and 7 December at Car Park 3, Zones A & B, Plaza Arkadia, bringing together BMW Millennium Welt and Quill Automobiles for a major joint showcase of BMW, MINI, Motorrad, and BMW Premium Selection vehicles. The event promises a mix of automotive highlights, lifestyle activities, financial advisory sessions, and exclusive two-day-only pricing.
Azrul Azman, Head of Corporate Strategy for Millennium Group and Project Manager for the event, said the visitor experience has been designed to feel immersive from the moment guests arrive. He explained that attendees will begin by registering before entering an activity-filled space created specifically for this finale. Azrul noted that “behind the doors, basically the magic is going to happen,” pointing to unlimited test drives, EV owner workshops, and collaborations with financial partners. He added that BMW Financial Services will be present“to provide a best interest rate for customer during the event,” while Orix Car Rental offers leasing options for customers or business owners seeking alternatives to bank commitments. Beyond cars, Flow In Motion, (Where Movement Meets Precision) by Woman Wellness Festival such as a 7 AM yoga gathering and a breakfast meetup for Motorrad owners have been arranged to diversify the visitor experience.
Azrul also detailed the reasoning behind partnering with Quill Automobiles, stating that Millennium Group is “very new to Klang Valley, but Quill is the best at this moment,” making the collaboration a strategic move to strengthen the BMW brand in the region. While many elements of the showcase have been finalized, some exclusivity is being intentionally maintained. He confirmed that “the price are unique, the price are secret,” and will only be released to sales advisors at 7 AM on Saturday to keep the offers strictly event-only.
On the sales floor, BMW Millennium Welt KL North advisor Amirul highlighted the diversity of the lineup, describing the event as the moment where visitors can see models across BMW, MINI, Motorrad, and BMW Premium Selection in one place. He emphasized the importance of the timing for electric vehicle buyers, calling it “the last chance for you all to enjoy the tax holidays,” as promotional EV incentives are set to conclude.
Jennifer from BMW Millennium Welt Kuala Lumpur North described the scale of the setup at Plaza Arkadia, noting that “the place consists of 80 cars in one place… it’s going to be a huge grand event for the year.” She also explained that the event’s four corporate partners, including FS (Financial Services) and Orix Car Rental, will provide flexible financing and leasing pathways for customers, allowing them to choose between traditional financing or a leasing program “which maybe can ease the program of financing.”
Meanwhile, Elise from Millennium Welt Seremban underscored the confidentiality of the pricing structure, stating that “even though I’m a staff, I also don’t know what the price will be offered.” She expressed enthusiasm for the event’s debut collaboration between Millennium Welt and Quill Automobiles, highlighting that “we have 80 variants for the model with displays on this event” and encouraging visitors to explore and select any model they prefer during the showcase.
Registration for THE FINALE 2025 can be done easily through the official registration link. Once completed, participants will receive a personal QR code via email as confirmation. For those who prefer to register via WhatsApp, this option is still available, but an additional fee of RM 70 per 100 participants applies.
As preparations continue, the Plaza Arkadia venue is still undergoing its final installations ahead of the weekend. Display zones, staging structures, and activity areas are in the midst of being completed, creating a build-up of anticipation as crews finalize the setup.
