Azrul Azman, the Head of Corporate Strategy for Millennium Group and Project Manager for the event, explained that the two-day experience was designed to be immersive. Inside the main hall, the setup is quite unique , allowing customers to focus on specific models they are interested in. The venue is equipped with air conditioning , F&B , and merchandise available for purchase.
Ensuring comfort was a top priority. Azrul stated: “We put ourselves as a customer in the journey, yeah, from the moment customer arrive at the car park until the end, yeah”. For Muslim customers, a prayer room is also available , and light refreshments are provided. The sales process, test drive process, and booking process were described as superb. For detailed discussions, an outdoor session is set up with “more than 40 places for customer to sit down with a selected sales advisor”.

Senior Marketing Executive Amirul noted that “there’s a lot of hard work to make this event happen”, reflecting the size of the undertaking. Ian, a BMW Genius from Quill Automobiles and the seminar speaker , explained that the topic of Battery Electric Vehicles is vital because “that is the future”. Exclusive Lineup and Flexible Financing Options


The comprehensive lineup includes various models like the BMW 320i, BMW 750e, and MINI Countryman S. The event features 50 units of BMW Premium Selection (BPS) vehicles , including models such as the i5 eDrive40 M Sport and 218i Gran Coupe. Azrul highlighted that the star of the show remains the M cars. Immediately upon registering, attendees will notice the exclusive M2 and the i5 M60, which are “very rare in Malaysia”.

Addin, the Product and Training Manager for BMW Millennium Welt and Mini , also highlighted the legendary Mini display, including a classic Mini. For the 2025 Mini lineup, Addin praised the “round screen” and features like “Active Cruise Control” , adding that the John Cooper Works selection offers “instant torque, very powerful and quiet at the same time”.

For financial flexibility, the event partnered with Orix Car Rentals. Azrul explained this allows customers to drive BMWs using a leasing program instead of traditional bank commitments: “We have a Orix Car Rentals that they can discuss further, they can drive BMW, but they can go leasing program with Orix”.
