Kuala Lumpur,El Sky News A 19-year-old woman was found dead at a condominium in Batu Caves after she was believed to have fallen from the 19th floor on Monday afternoon, authorities confirmed.
According to Gombak district police chief Assistant Commissioner Noor Ariffin Mohamad Nasir, police and medical personnel from Selayang Hospital were dispatched to the scene after receiving a report at 5:49 p.m., where the victim was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Preliminary investigations found no evidence of criminal activity, and the case has been officially classified as a sudden death report (SDR).
Police have urged the public not to speculate about the circumstances of the incident and to respect the privacy of the victim’s family. Members of the public with relevant information have been asked to contact the investigating officer or the Gombak police operations room.
